Hello, not really familiar with editing, but in table "Visitors visiting Statue of Unity" suggesting to add link to Lakh page for first data row of table as such numbering unit might not be well known outside of Asia. -- Best regards, 2001:7D0:833A:1380:89C6:30D0:22D2:94CE (talk) 21:22, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
- Done I linked the lakh page and also added equivalent values in parentheses as recommended by the manual of style. Thanks for suggesting this. Jamedeus (talk) 02:51, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
Footfall record[edit]
I am removing the following sentence:
The daily average tourist footfall at Statue of Unity during November 2019 reached 15,036, which was outpacing the Statue of Liberty (which attracts around 10,000 daily visitors on average).[1]
This is not accurate. For the Statue of Unity, the period considered is just one month (November 2019); while the period considered for Statue of Liberty is several years. Average daily visitors for Statue of Unity is about 8500 for 5 years.[2]
